In my experience, I have realized that helping teams excel comes from a history of strategically planning my own personal development, by setting goals and achieving them.  Any goal can be obtained if you set a course to achieve it, and realize that some challenges may hinder success, but failing is not the end to reaching any goal. 

As one of the first people in my family to attend university, I have received bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Psychology. After spending 10 years in the workforce, I set my sights on achieving an MBA in France, so I may enhance my professional profile (Diploma received in 2012).
